Cinda Kienzle, MS, RD, LDN

Cinda is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian in the state of Florida. She has owned Body Couture Pilates and Fitness Studio since March 1, 2020. Cinda received her Masters of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Florida International University in 2014 and completed the required internship at the Miami VA Hospital. She has been a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics on a national, state and local level since 2012. She is also a member of the American Legion in Pompano Beach, albeit an inactive member. She supports veterans of all ages. Her philosophy for health is to eat a balanced diet and keep moving. Although she feels this philosophy should be part of everybody’s daily life, we all have different goals. Whatever your goal, Cinda’s vision for this studio is to be a part of helping people find and meet their goals. She wants to be a viable part of the fitness community in Broward County and to be the best Pilates studio in the neighborhood.

Marla Jacobson

Marla has been a Nationally Certified Pilates Practitioner for many years. She studied Ballet, Anatomy and Kinesiology at International Dance Exercise Institution. She studied Health and Nutrition at University of Guam. She attended several extensive workshops, which afforded her the opportunity to interact with other professional practitioners and share new techniques. As a result, she has increased her enthusiasm, creativity, style and technique in her classes. She continues to gain knowledge on proper form and execution of many exercises and an overall understanding of how to enjoy yourself while becoming physically and mentally conditioned. Her motivation as a Pilates practitioner is to be able to share. She loves working with people and being able to fulfill their needs. Being Successful in Marla's career, she has realized the dynamics in this industry and is always looking to broaden her passion for design in choreography and motivate others into action. The classes are designed for beginners, intermediate and advanced. She is able to demonstrate modification techniques to meet the needs for all participants.

Summer Hall

Summer comes to us from Boulder, CO, where she spent two years studying, training and teaching in the classical Pilates tradition as well as the Kathy Grant rehabilitative tradition. Summer continued her Pilates training with Cara Reeser and Jeremy Lavendure, DPT, where she earned continuing education credits in hip, shoulder and lumbar pathologies. Whether you are starting from the beginning, need to fine tune your Pilates practice, or have an injury, Summer is a supportive and enthusiastic instructor.

Nadyne Finn

Nadyne is certified in Comprehensive Pilates from Classical Pilates Education as well as teaching Contemporary and Athletic Pilates. She also holds certifications in Barre, cycling/spinning, Lagree, and kickboxing. She is passionate about helping others achieve their health and fitness goals through her small group classes and private sessions. Keeping up with continuing education classes allows her to deliver the newest and most beneficial ways for clients to keep motivated and obtain their fitness goals. Nadyne has lived in South Florida for most of her life. She fell in love with fitness and the gym after high school and developed a passion for a healthy lifestyle. She enjoys cooking and baking and spending time outside. She also loves being with her fur babies. She looks forward to seeing you in her reformer and studio classes. Let's stay healthy together!

Florrie Geller

Florrie Sese Geller has practiced Pilates since she was a ten-year old pre-professional ballet student. Her teacher, a former ballerina, emphasized the importance of a strong core, long lean muscles, and proper alignment. The strength, flexibility and body awareness Florrie acquired through consistent Pilates training were components that helped Florrie distinguish herself in international ballet competition. She performed on the Lincoln Center stage at the Youth America Grand Prix Final Round, winning a top twelve position among hundreds of young dancers from all over the world and the 1st Gillian Murphy Scholarship. At the age of 18, Florrie had already earned a scholarship to the prestigious San Francisco Ballet School, and was subsequently awarded a full company contract to Cincinnati Ballet. She was noted for her soloist performances in The Sleeping Beauty and Jiri Kylian’s renowned Sechs Tanze. Florrie represented the United States at the invitation of the Beijing International Ballet and Choreographic Competition in 2019. Florrie is eager to teach dancers and fitness enthusiasts of all ages, who wish to become their best selves.

Cindy Warren

Cindy Warren has worked in the fitness industry for over thirty years. She is certified in group fitness and personal training and has trained extensively in Pilates and Yoga. While living in Virginia she taught a variety of classes in a studio setting as well as at George Mason where she was an adjunct professor. Now living inPompano Beach Cindy continues to pursue her passion for fitness. She teaches several classes locally, on Zoom, and looks forward to providing yoga classes at Body Couture.

Lian Botha

Lian is from South Africa. She worked in London, England as a Personal Trainer for 7 years prior to moving to Florida. She is a NSCA certified Personal Trainer and a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Florida. She worked at a Physical Therapist Clinic and Chiropractor for many years before deciding to take her 600 hour Comprehensive Pilates Education. She is PMA certified through the International Pilates Method Alliance. She loves traveling, outdoors and spending time with her two Bichon puppies Connor and Carrie.
