Studio classes offer traditional type fitness classes such as weight training, Mat Pilates, Yoga, TRX, Barre, Cardio, kickboxing and more. Available classes change based on client request and attendance. We are in the process of building our repertoire of classes.

TRX total Body
Total Resistance Exercise uses TRX suspension straps and body weight with gravity to adjust resistance. It improves strength and core stability and is excellent for toning muscles and increasing lean body mass. It’s challenging and fun. Special introductory rates available for a limited time.
Mat Pilates focuses on the core, also known as The Powerhouse. Exercises use the resistance of your own body to strengthen the “Powerhouse,” increase flexibility, improve posture, and relieve tension. All levels are welcome. If you are a beginner, you will learn the principles of Pilates to use your breath and muscle contraction to perform the exercises properly, respecting your own body’s limits. If you are a Mat Pilates regular or a Reformer regular, you will be able to work on your own goals and improve your performance as you tone up.
long and lean Barre
This music based class combines modified ballet barre moves, isotonic and isometric exercises and uses a variety of props to create lean and toned muscles, improve your posture and coordination.Bring your anti-skid socks and your friends.

Cool down from the week with this one hour guided restorative stretch class. Perfect for dancers, Pilates and yoga practitioners, and fitness enthusiasts of all ages, backgrounds, and flexibility levels, Stretch and Unwind takes students through a series of ballet and yoga based stretches designed to lengthen and comfort tired muscles. Exhale away your stress and rejuvenate your spirit.
