Barre – Full Body Conditioning
Barre Classes fuse Pilates, dance and core training to achieve an effective full body workout. You will be creating strong, long and lean muscles. It’s an upbeat class that will elevate your heart rate. Be ready to have FUN while increasing strength and flexibility at the same time.
TRX total Body
Total Resistance Exercise uses TRX suspension straps and body weight with gravity to adjust resistance. It improves strength and core stability and is excellent for toning muscles and increasing lean body mass. It’s challenging and fun. Special introductory rates available for a limited time.
