Cinda Kienzle, MS, RD, LDN

Cinda is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian in the state of Florida. She has owned Body Couture Pilates and Fitness Studio since March 1, 2020.
Cinda received her Masters of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Florida International University in 2014 and completed the required internship at the Miami VA Hospital. She has been a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics on a national, state and local level since 2012. She is also a member of the American Legion in Pompano Beach, albeit an inactive member. She supports veterans of all ages.
Her philosophy for health is to eat a balanced diet and keep moving. Although she feels this philosophy should be part of everybody’s daily life, we all have different goals. Whatever your goal, Cinda’s vision for this studio is to be a part of helping people find and meet their goals. She wants to be a viable part of the fitness community in Broward County and to be the best Pilates studio in the neighborhood.

Marla Jacobson

Marla has been a Nationally Certified Pilates Practitioner for many years. She studied Ballet, Anatomy and Kinesiology at International Dance Exercise Institution. She studied Health and Nutrition at University of Guam. She attended several extensive workshops, which afforded her the opportunity to interact with other professional practitioners and share new techniques. As a result, she has increased her enthusiasm, creativity, style and technique in her classes. She continues to gain knowledge on proper form and execution of many exercises and an overall understanding of how to enjoy yourself while becoming physically and mentally conditioned. Her motivation as a Pilates practitioner is to be able to share. She loves working with people and being able to fulfill their needs. Being Successful in Marla’s career, she has realized the dynamics in this industry and is always looking to broaden her passion for design in choreography and motivate others into action.
The classes are designed for beginners, intermediate and advanced. She is able to demonstrate modification techniques to meet the needs for all participants.

Lian Botha

Lian is from South Africa. She worked in London, England as a Personal Trainer for 7 years prior to moving to Florida. She is a NSCA certified Personal Trainer and a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Florida. She worked at a Physical Therapist Clinic and Chiropractor for many years before deciding to take her 600 hour Comprehensive Pilates Education. She is PMA certified through the International Pilates Method Alliance.
She loves traveling, outdoors and spending time with her two Bichon puppies Connor and Carrie.

CINDY GROSSMAN

Cindy has a passionate love for dance and has been fortunate enough to live her whole life in the field. She has training at many schools including American Ballet Theatre and Alvin Ailey in New York. Her early training was with Madame Swaboda from Ballet Russe during the time she performed with the Richmond Ballet. Other performance undertakings were with the Ballet Nacional de Cuba in Giselle, The Stuttgard Ballet in Romeo & Julliet and American Ballet Theatre in Swan Lake.
All performances were at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, New York City. Cindy earned the opportunity to teach and choreograph – some of which obtained high awards for creativity, as well as wins in competitions. Cindy’s teaching goes outside of the studio where she previously taught the Miami Dolphins ballet and aerobics and prepared body builders for their competitions. Aside from her teaching career, Cindy works at Becker & Poliakoff as the firm’s law librarian.
Many of her students have gone on to receive scholarships to Alvin Ailey Dance Theater, American Ballet Theatre, Dance Theatre of Harlem, and many others with high reputation. Overall, Cindy works to help clients build a knowledge of movement, lean and strong physical being, a positive outlook on their bodies and a fabulous spirit for life.
