Coach Carles Brown has developed a solid foundation of knowledge and experience, through a 21 year career in the fitness industry as a group fitness coach, personal trainer, nutritional coach, life coach, and continues to train with enthusiasm and passion.
She loves incorporating elements from her varied training’s in order to keep her classes fresh and fun.  She is passionate about challenging her clients in their workouts and helping them to meet their personal fitness goals.

 

✔️Barre:

A 55 minute Total body workout 

This class is ballet inspired, incorporating a ballet barre and some plies and pirouettes to energize your body. Elements of dance, Pilates, yoga and functional training make an impact in this intensive class. Designed to lengthen, strengthen and tone your body; you will achieve a long, lean appearance. Each class will enhance your flexibility, balance and strength. This class is for everyone. No prior ballet experience needed. 

Grip socks recommended.

✔️Barre Boot Camp:

55 minutes 

This is a fitness-based barre strength training program. This high intensity barre class targets your arms, core, thighs, and booty to help you create a long, lean dancer’s body. Get ready to feel the barre burn. 

No prior ballet experience needed.

Tennis Shoes Required. 

✔️Vibe Ride: 

55 minutes 

An energy-fueled class designed for riders of all levels. Each class will burn calories, build muscle tone and increase your endurance.

No prior experience required. 

Tennis Shoes OR clip optional.

✔️Cycle/Shred:

55 minutes of high intensity! This class is a combination of cardio, strength, interval and core work. An added bonus is the inclusion of props such as bands, weights, discs and more. Designed to increase strength and endurance.

No experience needed.

Tennis Shoes required for the floor work.

✔️Total Body Sculpt:

55 minutes 

A high intensity interval training workout. By giving 100% through quick, intense burst of exercises, you will burn more fat and calories.

No prior experience needed.

✔️The Ultimate Abs & Buns:

55 minutes

55 minutes Specifically Designed to target your abs and glutes. This class focuses on working both muscle groups in one challenging but effective routine.

No experience required.

✔️The Ultimate  Arms & Abs:

55 minutes of fast and effective circuit training specially designed to target your arms and abs.

No experience required.

✔️Full Body Resistance Bands Workout:

55 minutes

This effective, strength training workout provides extreme resistance against your muscles. Muscles will be engaged to work the tension in a controlled, safe and effective manner. Resistance bands are recommended by physical therapists for rehabilitation purposes.

No experience required.

✔️Pilates Mat

 55 minutes 

Performed on the floor, mat Pilates exercises are aimed at improving flexibility and muscle tone, as well as enhancing spine and lower back strength. This class focuses on body balance as well as promoting mind-body awareness.

No experience needed.

✔️TRXtra

55 minutes:

TRX (Total Body Resistance Exercise): 

Challenge your entire body with innovative classes that work on your strength, core and balance – utilizing your body weight and suspension training. This class incorporates props such as weights, bands, discs etc.

No experience required. 

Tennis shoes required. 

✔️TRX/Cycle 55 minutes:

A total body combination class incorporating cardio (cycling) and body weighted exercise on the suspension straps.

No experience required.

Tennis shoes required for floor work. 

✔️NOGA: 

60 minutes:

Noga Relax is a yin inspired stretch class that balances the body and mind. Frequency music helps enhance the experience as well as intelligently sequenced exercises that get results!

No experience required.

✔️HIIT The Core: 

55 minutes

This class utilizes body-weight exercises aimed at strengthening your CORE. A strong core results in improved internal organ function, aids movement and provides balance and stability throughout your entire body.
